My Beatrix is finished except for adding my two DDS initials in two of the motifs!! I am so pleased with this piece :)

A little more progress this month thankfully! Although I did make a mistake right at the beginning at of the last big motif I did and had to frog it but I managed to get it restitched and the next one started!

Here's my progress from this Tuesday. Monday evening's stitching was a wash out so it came back out Tuesday!

I made a start on New Year's Day and got one motif stitched. I intend to stitch on this one evening a week and see how I get on. I am stitching it one over one on 25 count cream lugana using Victorian Motto threads in Antique Rose.

Thanks for setting up this blog Hazel! I am here and am looking forward to this SAL:) I'm stitching mine with Victorian Motto threads in Antique Rose. I haven't decided on fabric yet but it will probably be 25 count:)

For those of you who don't me my name is Sally, I'm 44, married with 2 daughters aged 17 and 13 and I live on the coast of East Yorkshire in England. I have been stitching for 16 years and love a variety of designers including Just Nan, Shepherd's Bush, Blackbird Designs, The Drawn Thread and many others. At the moment I'm stitching several larger projects including Ink Circles Sea Stars and Bygone Stitches A Quaker Christmas.
